1. If you are still within your 3-month commitment period, you cannot pause your membership.
2. You can only pause your membership for 30 or 60 days a time.
3. You can only pause your membership for a total of 60 days per calendar year. Jan - Jan.
4. Pause requests will only be approved if there is a medical issue where a doctors note will need to be provided.
